Notice is hereby given that the Town of Germantown Planning Commission and Town Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 in the Town Hall / Community Center, N7560 17^th Ave, pursuant to Zoning Ordinance #22, Section 3.08 to consider the combination of Rock Island Lake PUD and Campfire Lake PUD with revisions and additions thereto, including the General Development Plan (GDP) and Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Rock Island Lake and Campfire Lake phases.

Immediately following the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission will meet at the Town Hall / Community Center, N7560 17^th Avenue, for possible recommendation to the Town Board.
