Present: Chairman Shannon Vogele, Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Paul Szymaszek, Dave Specht, Zoning Director Dick Martin, Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel

The meeting was called to order at the town hall in the Town of Germantown at 5:30 p.m.

Possible Approval of May 10, 2017 minutes
A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the minutes from the May 10, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried, 5-0.

Island Lake at Copper Point
A motion was made by Dave Specht, seconded by Ken Jax to approve the preliminary and final plat of the Second Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point. Motion carried, 5-0.

Review of procedural checklists and various amendments to the zoning ordinance
The zoning ordinance was projected on the wall to show changes and additions, and discussed.

Appendixes added to the end which were the checklists, referred to at the appropriate place.

Shannon Vogele and Dick Martin met since the last meeting to make up the two checklists for variances – one for minor changes and one for major changes.

Some new definitions were added, to better describe corner lots.

Linda will finish formatting each section to make it all look uniform, remove crossed out text, make page numbers match in the Table of Contents.

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Dave Specht, to approve all changes to the Zoning Ordinance. Motion carried, 5-0.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, July 12 at 5:30 p.m.

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 5:52 p.m.  Motion carried, 5-0.
