Chairman Simonson called the meeting to order at 5:30.
Roll Call- Shannon Vogele here, Jim Collis-here, Jan Brendle-here, Rich Mazzoni-here, George Vukich-here, Roger Bean-absent, Chairman Simonson-here, Zoning Administrator William Bruce-here.
Quorum present.
Meeting was posted properly.

Minutes from May14th were read. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Mr. Collis. Second Mrs. Brendle. Motion carried.
Mr. Bruce questioned if all are getting e-mails o.k.  Everyone present received their notices and Mr. Collis forwarded his to Mr. Bean. Mr. Bruce asked to be excused due to illness.
Chairman’s comments-Mr. Simonson will be able to go back to the meetings on the second Wednesday of the month. Approve the agenda in any order.

We will look at section one and two of Ordinance 22 tonight.
1.01- no change
1.02- no change – as long as dates correct it seems o.k.. Page 1 – o.k.
1.06 general – o.k.
1.07 – o.k.
2- conditional, charges for Town consultants.
2.01- discuss
2.02- Mrs Voegle questioned the 36 months. Will check with Mr. Bruce
2.03- o.k.
2.04 – yard regulations- o.k.
2.05 – abandoned motor vehicles – o.k.
2.06 – Uses not classified- interpreted by Town Board.
2.07 – Traffic access – o.k.
2.08 – Home Occupations- o.k. as long as there is not a big sign
2.09 – Corner lots – question which will be considered rear yard
2.10 – Condo & Subdivisions o.k.
2.11 – accessory structures. o.k.
2.12 – Animal Regulations – o.k.
2.13 – Land Use Policy Plan- o.k.
2.14 – Site Plan Review – o.k.

Public Comment- None
Next meeting July 11, second Wednesday, day after Board Meeting, 5:30 p.m. Next agenda will include section three. Will see if we need to break into parts, depends on changes needed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Collis. Second Mr. Mazzoni. Motion carried.
