The public hearing was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 6:00 p.m. with all members of the board present. There were also 6 members of the public present.
Zoning Administrator explained that he received an application for a holding tank variance from Elizabeth Kellie Wirtanen for a parcel located at N6619 20th Avenue. It was asked by the applicant that the variance be approved to aid in the sale of the property. It is unknown if a holding tank will ever be placed on the property.
There was no comment from members of the public that were present.
The public hearing was closed at 6:02 p.m.
