Present:  Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Dale Simonson, Skip Barton (by phone), Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel.
Absent:  Supervisors Jim Collis and Ray Feldman

The meeting was called to order at the Town Hall in the Town of Germantown at 9:05 a.m.

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Skip Barton, to approve an Operator’s License for Lee Anthony Rehberg.  Motion carried 3-0.

Closed Session
A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Skip Barton to enter into closed session per SS 1985(1)(c).  A roll call vote was taken.  Skip – Y, Gregg – Y, Dale – Y.  Motion carried.

Reconvene to Open Session
A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Skip Barton, to reconvene into open session per SS 1985(2).  A roll call vote was taken.  Skip – Y, Gregg – Y, Dale – Y.  Motion carried.

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Skip Barton to give EM Director Fred Cobbs and Zoning Director Dick Martin a 3% raise.  Motion carried 3-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Skip Barton, to adjourn at 9:09 a.m.  Motion carried 3-0.
