Emergency Management
In January there were 28 police calls and 11 ambulance call.

New maps were received from the County.

There is currently significant flooding in Pittsville.  That water will make its way here by late in the week.

Mauston Ambulance has been approached by Camp Douglas Ambulance to provide administrative services through the end of 2017.   There is also the potential for Mauston Ambulance to take over Camp Douglas’s coverage area sometime in 2018.

There is currently water over the gravel section of 16th Avenue.  It is possible that the section of road may be temporarily closed.

A quote was received to replace the roof on the pavilion in the park.  This repair has been budgeted for.

Board Member Reports
Jim Collis – The Buckhorn Café was close to being purchased but was not at the last minute.

Zoning
There will be a meeting of the Board of Appeals regarding a garage on Wiley Lane.

There were no permits issued in January.

Public Comment
A resident asked if the Town would approach cell service providers about putting a tower in Germantown to improve coverage.

A resident asked if the Town would take over the roads in Wildlife Estates if they were graveled.  This cannot happen because it is not allowed per the Town’s Zoning Ordinance.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Dale Simonson, to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.

Respectfully Submitted,
Susan Ganther, Clerk/Treasurer
