Public Safety
Fred is setting up a procedure to notify all Town Board members and employees along with Juneau County Emergency Management when to respond to an emergency situation within the township.  This will likely happen via text.

Fred and Gregg are working closely with Mauston Area Ambulance in the areas of operations, finance, and human resources as the coordinator has resigned and an interim has been named.

Roads
Road plowing went well during the recent heavy snow storm.

Dick will look at needed road projects outside of the previously scheduled ones.  The town may choose to finance certain projects.

Parks
Dredging around the new piers at Germantown Park may happen.  Work will still have to be done with DNR/WARPCO.  A quote for the dredging will be sought so we will have a dollar amount to base action on.

Board Reports
Ray Feldman – Wisconsin Towns Association has upcoming seminars regarding signs and liquor licenses that should be attended.

Skip Barton – Recommended giving the Town Clerk the authority to issue a provisional Operator’s License pending final approval by the board to avoid the need to call special meetings.
