Town Officials Present: Chairman William Jax, Supervisors Rosetta Boyle, Steve Gillespie, Michael Poe, and Dave Specht.
Town Officials Absent: None
Others Present: Clerk/Treasurer Betty Manson and 4 guests

Town of Germantown, Juneau County, Board of Review will meet on the 12th of May, 2009, at 6:55 p.m. at the community center/Town Hall, N7560 17th Avenue, New Lisbon, WI for the purpose of calling the board of review into session during the thirty day period beginning on the 2nd of May, pursuant to Sec 70.47 (1) of Wis. Statutes, at which time a date will be set for the Board of Review. Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not completed at this time this meeting will be adjourned to a set date:

Chairman Jax called the board of review meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.. Jax stated at this time the assessment roll is not completed. Motion was made by Poe to adjourn the board of review meeting to August 11, 2009, 6:55 p.m. at 6:57 p.m., 2nd by Boyle. Motion Carried.

Chairman Jax declared the board of review meeting adjourned.
