Call Meeting to Order

Approve agenda in any order
Presentation by Mary Raabe regarding New Lisbon Library
Possible approval of changes to the fee schedule for Ordinances 4 & 8.
Ordinance 4 – Driveway Access: Raise the permit fee from $10 to $20.
Ordinance 8 – Camping: Raise the permit fee from $10 to $20.
Possible approval of changes to the following Ordinances:
Ordinance 7 – Snowmobiles: the requested changes are to add the following streets to Section II, a), (3)
– 15th Avenue north from Hwy G to 32nd Street
– 16th Avenue north from County G to 32nd Street
Ordinance 9 2009-02-10 Regulating Land Use: Add the following sentence to the end of Section 11, D: “Proof of insurance, security and compliance with this and any other pertinent Town ordinance must be presented prior to the renewal permit being granted.”
Ordinance 13 – Regulating Traffic: Remove the word “culvert” and add “special and seasonal weight limitations” to section VI, 2.
Ordinance 31 – State of Emergency Add the text in bold at the end of the paragraph in 31.6(6) Succession to authority of Town Chairperson. In the event that the Town Board Chairperson is absent from the state or is physically unavailable to exercise the authority vested in this ordinance, or has been incapacitated by accident, disease or injury, then the powers contained in this ordinance shall transfer to a person designated by a Resolution, enacted in May of each year, naming a Line of Succession approved by a majority vote of the Town Board.
