Present: Chairman Dale Simonson, Members Roger Bean, Larry Zimmerman, Keith Korbein, and Shannon Vogele, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther
Absent: Members George Vukich, Paul Szymaszek
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 in the Town of Germantown.
Ordinance 9 Regulating Land Use:
Roger Bean will continue to work on this Ordinance focusing on word definitions and making sure they coincide with what is in the zoning ordinance so there is no confusion.
Ordinance 21: Jurisdiction and Duties of Constables
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Dale Simonson, to repeal Ordinance 21 as the Town no longer has constables. Motion carried 5-0.
Updating Fee Schedule:
Work will continue on the fee schedule to find what is appropriate and needed. All Ordinances that have a fee associated with it will refer to the fee schedule for amounts.
Comments continued regarding the fee schedule. Audience members Gregg Haunroth and Danny Berkos were asked to provide input.
