Present:  Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Ray Feldman, Jim Collis (by phone), Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:  None

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m.

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve Operator’s Licenses for April Roelke, Gail Ellis, Carol Ellis, Joshua Georgeson, Lee Pingel, Tonia Hale, Jasmine Lierman, and Jill Ripp.  Motion carried 5-0.

Road Work

As discussed at the regular June meeting, there are funds available to do additional road work.  The work will be done to Beach Drive in Castle Rock Estates.  It has come to the attention of Public Works that there is going to be a house moved onto Sioux Lane.  Sioux Lane was going to have work done on it.  It was Dick’s recommendation to not risk damage being done to a newly upgraded road by having heavy equipment moving a house and should have the work done to another road in need – Oak Hollow Drive.

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to do additional road work on Beach Drive and to cancel work on Sioux Lane in favor of Oak Hollow Drive.  Motion carried. 5-0.

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 9:07 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
