Virtual Public Hearing Minutes

Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Skip Barton,

Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein, Brad Pavloski, Jim Miller, Jim Keene

The virtual public hearing was called to order at 5:30 pm. with a quorum of the town board present. 

The public hearing is to have public input on expanding the boundaries of Sanitary District 1 for the following parcels: 

Parcel 290121001 (10.11 acres)

Parcel 290120657.08 (3.01 acres)

Parcel 290120657.09 (3.01 acres)

Parcel 290120657.10 (.093 acres)

Parcel 290120974.02 (22.78 acres)

Parcel 290121828.01 (6.63 acres)

Parcels 290120364, 290120365 and 290120367 (106.197 acres)

Parcel 290120382 (6.45 acres)

It was noted that none of the neighbors of those parcels were interested in joining the at the same time as the above parcels, citing costs.

No other comments were heard.

The public hearing closed at 5:33 pm.
