Present:               Chairman Rosetta Boyle, Supervisors Jim Collis, Dale Simonson and Ray Feldman, Clerk/Treasurer Marion Uphoff, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Emergency Management Director Fred Cobbs

Absent                  Supervisor Greg Haunroth

Meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 8:30 a.m.

A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Jim Collis, to extend Officer McChesney’s

contracted hours in Germantown until December 31, 2013.

Discussion followed.

Motion carried.

Motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Jim Collis to adjourn at 8:55 a.m. Motion carried.
