Notice is hereby given to residents of the Town of Germantown that a public hearing will be held at the Town Hall/Community Center, N7560 17^th Ave. on May 20, 2025 at 5:30pm to hear public comments on both the petition to Re-zone and for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at Parcel# 290120363 located to the east of State Highway 58, and North of Whistling Wing Dr, just east of an existing solar farm.

Applicant is Stag Moose Solar LLC/OneEnergy Renewables.
