The Public Hearing was called to order by chairperson Shannon Armel at the Germantown Town Hall at 6:05 pm.

This public hearing is to hear and consider public comment upon a request for an additional commercial storage building for Gary S. Merk located at N6734 State Road 58.

Dick Martin: indicated the proposed building will be on the south side of the property and does meet setbacks.  No signage is proposed.  Gravel will be around the building. Landscaping will mainly be grass on the south end.  There is the swampy area to the south next door to it. No electricity, except for maybe security lights.  No retention pond is included.  The DNR did not need to be involved for this.

One member noted they would have like to have had someone here to represent Gary Merk so that the committee could ask them questions.

With no other public comments, the public hearing was closed at 6:15pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Michaele R. Korbein

Deputy Clerk/Treasurer
