The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m.

Minutes

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ray Feldman, to approve the minutes from the 2021 Annual Meeting. Motion carried 6-0.

Financial Information

The financial information for 2021 was presented and reviewed.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 6:19 p.m. Motion carried 6-0.
