O’Dell’s Bay Sanitary District #1

Notice is hereby given that the O’Dells Sanitary District #1 Board will hold a Public Hearing on December 21, 2023, at the Town of Germantown Town Hall/Community Center at 9:00AM. The hearing will consider proposed changes to the Residential Equivalent Unit determination system for commercial businesses within the District, based on the Wisconsin Administrative Plumbing Code.
A digital copy of the REU definition and a shortened Wisconsin Administrative Plumbing table are available for public review and may be obtained from O’Dells Bay Sanitary District #1, contact Administrator Kathy Oliver at obsd@mwt.net, or 608-562-3880.
