PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

December 21, 2023

9:00 AM

Present: Board Members Jim Murphy, Brad Pavloski, Rod Abbrederis, Jim Keene, Randy Dorshorst, Administrator Kathy Oliver,  Kyra Cassidy, Pat Morrow, Angeline Denneker and Jason Terry from MSA, Scott Hall, Ray Monroe, Brian Lloyd, Michaele Korbein, Susan Ganther, 3 members of the public.

The Public Hearing was opened at 9:00AM

The District previously sent out information to 5 commercial users regarding potential change in REU Determinations for their businesses.

Reps from 4 of the businesses were present and asked for clarification on how the new REU’s were determined. Kyra Cassidy, Angeline Denneker and other MSA reps explained the study that was done, and how the WI Administrative Plumbing Table was considered.

The goal of the District is to have a methodology for REU Determination that stands the test of time and is long lasting, with fairness to all.
