Regular Meeting Minutes

January 13, 2026

Present:             Supervisors Tamaya Loewe, Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Ray Feldman, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein, Public Works Director Craig Cox

Absent:              Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. at the town hall.

Posting Verified

Proper posting was verified by Susan Ganther.

Minutes

A motion was made by Tamaya Loewe, seconded by Ray Feldman, to approve the December meeting minutes with a correction to show Tamaya Loewe abstaining from the vote for the appointment of poll workers.  Motion carried 4-0.

Bank Reconciliation

The bank reconciliation was read aloud and placed on file for the auditor.

Checks

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Tamaya Loewe, to approve general fund checks 15061-15103 totaling $157,655.92, and impact fee transfer of $62.92, tax account checks 1594-1609 totaling $3,405,303.54 and payroll liabilities of $8,345.08.  Motion carried 4-0.

Operator’s Licenses

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Tamaya Loewe, to approve operator’s licenses for Isabel Earhart and Brie Lobenstein.  Motion carried 4-0.

A motion was made by Ray Feldman, seconded by Tamaya Loewe, to approve an operator’s license Heather Malone, once she submits her class certification.  Motion carried 4-0.

Snow Plowing Policy

A motion was made by Tamaya Loewe, seconded by Ray Feldman, to approve updates to the snow plowing policy.  A roll call vote was taken:  Loewe – Y, Korbein – Y, Jax – Y,

Feldman – Y.

Emergency Management

No Report

Roads – Public Works

Grinding the brush dump has been completed. 

The brush dump will be closed until March 15 to allow for heavy equipment work to be done.

Zoning

2 permits were issued in December.  1 for a new home.  54 permits for new homes were issued in 2025.
