NOTICE is hereby given to the residents of the Town of Germantown that a Public Hearing will be held at the Town Hall / Community Center, N7560 17^th Avenue on January 24, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. to hear public comments on the petition to Re-zone property for inclusion into the Sand Point Lake Planned Unit Development in the Town of Germantown, Juneau County, WI.

Copies of the proposed signs application are available for review at the Town Hall / Community Center, Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Any interested party may attend and be heard, or submit comments in writing to the Town of Germantown, N7560 17^th Avenue, New Lisbon, WI  53950.
