Present: (all via Teams) Board Members Rod Abbrederis, Randy Dorshorst, Jim Keene, Brad Pavloski, Administrator Kathy Oliver, Jason Terry, Kyra Cassidy, Gavin Bender, Jacob Novitch

Call to Order/Approve Agenda-

The meeting was called to order via Microsoft Teams at 9:09 AM and the agenda was approved by the board. With 4 board members present, we did have a quorum.

Approval of Minutes-

A Motion was made by Brad Pavloski, seconded by Randy Dorschorst, to approve the minutes from the May 8, 2025 regular meeting with no changes or corrections. Motion carried with all in favor.

Discussion and Possible Action on Administrator’s Report –

-Financial Status Summary Financial information was provided by Kathy Oliver, including bank account balances, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Our current members, Connected and Unconnected, total 1,401. A Motion was made by Jim Keene, with a second by Brad Pavloski, to approve the Administrators Report. The motion carried with all in favor.

Discussion and Possible Action on Member Special Requests –

We had no special requests to discuss at this meeting. Kathy Oliver gave a summary of the meeting that took place between herself and Jim Murphy from the District, Jacob Novitch from MSA, Gregg Haunroth from Township of Germantown, and the Juneau County guy. All agreed that there is a need to work together to make it possible for as many property owners within the District boundaries to connect as possible, with the interest or preserving lake and ground water quality.

Discussion and Possible Action on WWTF Operations Update –

Jason Terry from MSA reported on the treatment system. Average influent and effluent flows are as expected for the time of year. Effluent BOD levels are currently higher than expected/ Performance testing and ongoing evaluations of system conditions are being conducted to determine the cause. Adjustments to the RE2 and alkalinity feed dosing are being adjusted to optimize. Routine lift station cleaning with Flow-Rite was completed on June 22nd. The flow rates for the 4th of July weekend were off the charts. MSA will address further and report at next meeting.  A Motion was made by Jim Keene, with a second by Randy Dorshorst to approve the report. Motion carried with all in favor.
