Board of Review Minutes

June 27, 2025

The Board of Review was called into session at 1:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025, at the Town of Germantown town hall.

There was a rollcall of those in attendance:  Susan Ganther (who was substituting for Ray Feldman), Tamaya Loewe, Keith Korbein, Gregg Haunroth, and Ken Jax. Also in attendance was Claude Riglemon of Riglemon Appraisal Service and Michaele Korbein, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. 

Susan Ganther confirmed that BOR meeting notices were placed on the town hall door, the three regular posting places, and the Town’s website in compliance with state law on May 14, 2025.

A motion was made by Tamaya Loewe, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the minutes of the previous Board of Review minutes; motion carried 5-0.

A motion was made by Susan Ganther, seconded by Keith Korbein, to have Gregg Haunroth serve as Chairperson.  Motion carried 5-0.

No objections were received and filed, and no taxpayers were present, so no objections were heard.

No deliberations or roll call votes were needed.

No determination forms were needed to be provided to objectors.

Tamaye Loewe and Keith Korbein met the mandatory state training requirement.

Open Book changes will be provided by the Assessor after the Board of Review, of which there was only one that they made.

With no other BOR matters to complete, the recording was stopped at 1:03pm.

At 2:57 p.m. the recording started again.

No future BOR meetings are needed for this year.

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax to adjourn at 3:00 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
