Special Board Meeting Minutes

June 27, 2025

Present:             Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Tamaya Loewe, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:              Supervisor Ray Feldman

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. at the town hall.

Operator’s Licenses

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Tamaya Loewe, to approve Operator’s Licenses for Lee Pingel, Abbagale Randall, Rachel Randall, and Laura Balfanz.  Motion carried 4-0.

Closed Session

A motion was made by Ken Tax, seconded by Tamaya Loewe, to go into closed session.  A roll call vote was taken:  Tamaya – Y, Keith – Y, Gregg – Y, Ken – Y.  Motion carried 4-0.

Open Session

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to go into open session.  A roll call vote was taken:  Tamaya – Y, Keith – Y, Gregg – Y, Ken – Y.  Motion carried 4-0.

Adjournment

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconds by Tamaya Loewe, to adjourn the meeting at 3:50 p.m.  Motion carried 4-0.
