Present:               Commission Chair Shannon Armel, Commissioners Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Mick McCormick, Gervase Thompson, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Mick McCormick, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:                None

Applicant Present:           Mike Edwards

The Public Hearing was called to order by chairperson Shannon Armel at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:30 pm.

This public hearing is to hear public comment upon a petition to re-zone and for a conditional use permit for property at N6858 State Road 58 for applicant Mike Edwards.

Mike Edwards would like to re-zone just two acres along Hwy 58 of the six acre parcel at that address from residential to commercial. 

He would have his business there, which is a tree trimming/cutting service.

A building would be put up within six months.

The sign he would like to put up there would be an on-premise double-sided sign.

Both sides of the sign would be 4’x8’ and it would not be lighted.

With no other public comments, the public hearing was closed at 5:33pm.
