  1. MSA report on Castle Rock Lake Condos smoke test and logger reports.
  2. Juneau County Part
    1. Need a detail plan of sewer layout for MSA to review
    2. Need to understand if they have a flow rate monitor on the pumps that move sewage to the pump station.
  3. Looking into changing the piping and making it taller at the pump station so that the smell goes away.
  4. Castle Rock Condos need to address how to make their condos a pressurized system to prevent odor from coming in the building.
  5. Need to understand what MSA found when they scoped the sewer lines.
  6. Sanitary 2 needs to know where are boundaries are in High Ridge
  7. Reviewing costs to add a gas generator at the pump station.
    1. Understand size and installation costs
    2. Scott is working with Alliant Energy to install gas line
    3. Get quotes from Electrical Contractors
  8. High Ridge MSA report on running sewer lines to Cris Bealls.
  9. Annexing houses on High Ridge RD @ Carrie Leighty
