Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Jim Collis, Ray Feldman, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 5:00 p.m.

Sunset Lake at Sand Point

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve the preliminary and final plan of Sunset Lake at Sand Point on the condition that the multi-use recreational trail is completed in 2022 and the lot numbers in the additions follow the original plat.  A roll call vote was taken:  Collis – Y,

Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.

Zoning of Parcel 290121374.02

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve changing the zoning of parcel 290121374.02 to commercial.    A roll call vote was taken:  Collis – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y.  Motion carried 5-0.

Operator’s License

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Ray Feldman, to approve an Operator’s License for Annie Friedrich.  Motion carried 5-0.

Check

 A motion was made Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve check 13329 in the amount of $49,586.93.  Motion carried 5-0.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Jim Collis, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 5:14.  Motion carried 5-0.
