Notice is hereby given that the Town of Germantown Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on

September 8, 2026, at the Town Hall/Community Center for expanding the boundaries of Sanitary District 1 to include:

Parcel 290121015              The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4-NE1/4) of Section 32,

                                                Township 17 North, Range 4 East, Town of Germantown, Juneau County, Wisconsin.

                                                40 Acres

Parcel 290121016              The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW1/4-NE4) of Section 32, Township 17 North, Range 4 East, Town of Germantown, Juneau County, Wisconsin.
