Dear rental owner,

The Town of Germantown has approved both a Short Term Rental Ordinance #64 and a Room Tax Ordinance #65, along with the associated fees.  These ordinances and fees can be found on the Town of Germantown website www.townofgermantown.com

Associated forms for both the short term rental application and room tax form are attached and are also on the website.  Please complete one short term rental application per property and return to the town hall office at the above address by September 30 with the $500 application fee.

Reservations you make/book on or after September 1, 2026 will need to have room tax charged on the rental itself.
