Present:               Commission Chair Shannon Armel, Commissioners Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Mick McCormick, Mick McCormick, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:                Commissioner Gervase Thompson

-Call to Order

Planning Commission meeting was called to order by chairperson Shannon Armel at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:31pm.   The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

 

-Discussion and possible approval and recommendation to the Town Board of proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance (#22) on the addition of camping regulations and the rescinding of the camping ordinance (#8)

Question on combining 2.09  (6,d,i) and (6,d,iii).  Rather than combine, they could just add a sentence to (6,d,i) of:   Porta Potties will require a service agreement from the provider instead of a sanitation permit.

Discussion on moving camping fees to under the zoning ordinance fees.

No other comments or questions on all that was changed in the Zoning Ordinance to include camping regulations. 

Keith Korbein made a motion to approve and recommend approval to the Town Board all the changes to the Zoning Ordinance (#22) as presented, including the use table, for the addition of camping regulations including the sentence added tonight for Section 2.09 (6,d.i) that states ‘Porta Potties will require a service agreement from the provider instead of a sanitation permit.’, the rescinding of the camping ordinance (#8), and the amending of the fee schedule to move the associated camping fees to the zoning fees section, seconded by Ken Jax. Motion passed 4/0. 

Next meeting will be August 3, 2022.

Ken Jax made a motion to adjourn seconded by Keith Korbein. Motion passed 4-0.

Meeting adjourned at 5:50pm.
