Annual Meeting Minutes

April 18, 2023

Present:               Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Jim Collis, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein.  There were no members of the public present.

Absent:                  Supervisor Ray Feldman

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. at the town hall.

Minutes

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve the minutes from the 2022 annual meeting. A voice vote was taken.  Motion passed 6-0.

Financial Information

The 2022 Financial Report that was prepared by accountants at MBE was reviewed.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein to adjourn at 6:18 p.m.  A voice vote was taken. Motion carried 6-0.
