2020 Board of Review Minutes
June 22, 2020
Call to Order
The Board of Review was called to order at 4:00 p.m. at the town hall.
Attendance
A roll call vote was taken of the Board of Review members present. Barton – Y, Korbein – Y, Haunroth – Y, Jax – Y, Feldman – Y, Ganther (alternate) – Y.
Chair/Vice Chair
Ray Feldman volunteered to Chair the Board of Review. Vote to appoint was 4-0.
Gregg Haunroth volunteered to be Vice Chair the Board of Review. Vote to appoint was 4-0.
Notices
The proper notices were placed at Germantown Junction, Buckhorn Store, Town Hall, and Town Hall’s front door.
Mandatory Training
Keith Korbein and Ken Jax completed the mandatory training through the Wisconsin Town’s Association.
Ordinance
The Town passed Ordinance 56 in 2018 regarding confidentiality of income and expense.
Review New Laws
Act 185
Assessment Roll
The Assessment Roll was received by the Clerk and sworn to by the Clerk.
The Roll was reviewed. There were no calculation errors, omitted property, or double assessed properties.
Certifying of Corrections
There were none.
Open Book Changes
To be completed.
Examination of Data
No taxpayers requested to examine the assessment data.
Adjourn
There were no notices of intent to file objections. No further meetings are needed. A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Gregg Haunroth, to adjourn the 2020 Board of Review at 6:00 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
