Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Germantown will hold a public hearing to consider a request from Mark Streifel at W5240 Wiley Lane,  for a variance to Section 3.04(5)(a) of Zoning Ordinance 22 requiring a setback of 30 feet from the street right of way.

Site plans are available for review at the Germantown Town Hall, N7560 17^th Avenue, New Lisbon, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Any interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard, or submit comments to N7560 17^th Avenue, New Lisbon.

A meeting of the Board of Appeals will immediately follow the public hearing.
