Present: Chairman Gregg Haunroth, Supervisors Skip Barton, Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Ray Feldman, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein, Assessor Claude Riglemon
Opening of Board of Review
The 2021 Board of Review was called into session at 4:00 p.m. at the town hall.

Selection of Chair and Vice Chair
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Keith Korbein, to appoint Ken Jax the Chairman of the Board of Review. Motion caried 4-0.
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Skip Barton, to appoint Keith Korbein Vice Chairman of the Board of Review. Motion carried 4-0.
Notifications
All notices were posted/published as required.
Mandatory Training
Both Korbein and Jax received training in 2020.
Ordinances
Related ordinances were passed in 2018.
New Laws
One new law related to publishing notices.
The Annual Assessment Report was filed by the Assessor’s office and received by the Clerk. The Assessment Roll was examined and there were no errors noted and Open Book changes were noted.
There were no taxpayers present, and no written objections with requests to be heard filed.
There was no need to set a future date.
The 2021 Board of Review was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
