NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DISCONTINUANCE OF BEAN LANE

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Germantown will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, N7560 17th Avenue, New Lisbon, Wisconsin on May 8, 2018 at 5:30 PM on the introduced Resolution to Discontinue Bean Lane described as 1340 feet long with a 66 foot wide right-of-way through undeveloped land ending with its intersection with the west side of 15th Avenue in Section 30, T17N, R4E in the Town of Germantown.

 

            A map depicting Bean Lane proposed to be discontinued is on file at the Town Hall and incorporated herein by reference.

 

            The Town Board will meet immediately following the public hearing to approve/deny/table the discontinuance of Bean Lane.
