Present: Chairman Dale Simonson, Members Roger Bean, Larry Zimmerman, Paul Szymaszek, Keith Korbein, Shannon Vogele, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther,
Absent: George Vukich

The meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 5:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Larry Zimmerman, to approve the minutes from the July 9, 2014, meeting. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Larry Zimmerman, seconded by Keith Korbein, to rescind the approval of the June 11, 2014 meeting minutes due to a motion to amend that was not correct. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Larry Zimmerman, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the June 11, 2014, meeting minutes as originally submitted. Motion carried.
Discussion of Fireworks Ordinance
Fred Cobbs presented information regarding a Fireworks Ordinance. Sample ordinances from other municipalities were provided. Discussion included the difficulty of enforcement, and possibly adopting state statute regarding the subject. It was suggested that information be provided in the tax bills when they are sent out in December.
Recommendations to the Board
A motion was made by Dale Simonson, seconded by Roger Bean, to approve recommendations to the board as provided on the attached list with the exception of Ordinance 9 which will be tabled for further review. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Dale Simonson to adjourn at 6:15. Motion carried.
