Present: Commission Chair Shannon Vogele, Commissioners Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Gervase Thompson,Mick McCormick, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 5:30 p.m.
Pledge
Possible approval of meeting minutes
The typed November 13, 2019 meeting minutes showed Mick McCormick as seconding the approval, but he was absent then. Michaele noted that Keith Korbein had made the second. A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the minutes from the November 13, 2019 meeting with the correction to seconding on the minutes motion to be credited to Keith Korbein. Motion carried 5-0.
Review and possible approval of the preliminary and final plats of First Addition to Beach Lake
Chris Renner clarified that this First Addition is deals with Outlot 6 that was previously approved in the original Beach Lake approval. Here, it is being divided as part becoming Outlot 9 and part becoming lots 17, 18, & 19. Discussed Beach Lake as being a rental development. The number of future additions is unknown currently. A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Mick McCormick, to approve the preliminary and final plats of First Addition to Beach Lake as shown per the drawings provided; motion carried 5-0.
Work session on zoning ordinance updates
Discussion continued regarding permitting in each of the four zoning districts on pages 2-4 of the ledger sheets Vierbicher provided previously. Sections were reviewed and discussed. Several areas were tabled, pending additional information from Vierbicher, to be discussed next time, along with PUD discussion.
Next meeting -January 15, 2020 at 5:30pm.

Ken Jax made a motion, seconded by Mick McCormick, to adjourn at 6:45 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
