Public Hearing Minutes

February 12, 2025

Present: Commission Chairperson Keith Korbein, Commissioners Gervase Thompson, Mick McCormick, Tamaya Loewe and Mike Edwards;  Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Also Present: Ray Monroe and guest for Dirty Turtle, Mark Loewe

The public hearing was opened at 5:45pm. 

This hearing is for the possible Rezoning and for a Conditional Use permit for Castle Rock Hideaway located at N6187 County Rd G, Mauston, WI.  This is owned by Jim/Laura Hentrich. Drawings were reviewed.  The pond is still there in the front. The third cabin behind the pond was given a conditional use in 2005 and constructed.  

After hearing no other public comment after three requests, the public hearing was closed at 5:49pm.
