Joint Planning Commission and Town Board Meeting Minutes

Present: Commission Chairperson and Town Board Supervisor Keith Korbein, Town Board Chairperson Gregg Haunroth, Commissioner and Town Board Supervisor Tamaya Loewe, Commissioner Mike Edwards, Commissioner Joe Witmer, Town Board Supervisor Ray Feldman, Town Board Supervisor Ken Jax, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Also present: Drew Nussbaum of the Wisconsin Deptartment of Tourism

–Call to Order

The joint meeting of Planning Commission and Town Board was called to order by Commission Chairperson Keith Korbein at the Germantown Town Hall at 1:00 pm. He turned the meeting over to Tamaya Loewe, who introduced Drew Nussbaum of the Wisconsin Department of Tourism. Mr. Nussbaum presented information on the collection and use of room tax.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
