Planning Commission Public Hearing:

Present: Dale Simonson, Shannon Vogele, Jim Collis, George Vukich, Roger Bean, Skip Barton, Keith Korbein, Susan Ganther, Justin and Meredith Sornsin

 Absent: Jan Brendle

 The Public Hearing was called to order at 5:30 p.m.

 The request for conditional use was explained to the Commission by Justin Sornsin. His plans include adding additional rental units and a “lodge” to the Little Pond Lodge.

 After questions by Commission members and the audience the hearing was closed at 5:40 p.m.

Planning Commission Meeting:

Present:             Chairman Dale Simonson, Commission Members Shannon Vogele, Jim Collis, George Vukich, Roger Bean, Skip Barton, Keith Korbein, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin

 Absent:                Commission Member Jan Brendle

  The meeting was called to order in the Town of Germantown at 5:40 p.m.

 The application for conditional use by Justin Sornsin was discussed.

 A motion was made by Roger Bean, seconded by Jim Collis, to approve the Conditional Use Permit application of Justin Sornsin under the condition that the plans be approved by the Town’s engineer.

 A roll call vote was taken:

                Simoson – Y

               Vogele – Y

               Collis – Y

               Vukich – Y

               Bean – Y

               Barton – Y

               Korbein – Y

A motion was made by Roger Bean, seconded by Jim Collis, to adjourn at 5:55 p.m. Motion carried.
