Present:                Commission Chair Shannon Vogele, Commissioners Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Gervase Thompson,

Mick McCormick, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein  

Guests:                 None

Absent:                None

 

 

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:30 p.m.

 

Pledge

 

Possible approval of meeting minutes

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax, to approve the minutes from the December 11, 2019 meeting.  Motion carried 5-0.

 

Work session on zoning ordinance updates

Discussion continued regarding zoning ordinance updates.  Josh Langen from Vierbicher would like to be at the next meeting to go over the PUD part of the ordinance. 

 

The next meeting is tentatively set for February 5, 2020 at 5pm, pending confirmation of Josh Langen’s schedule.  If Josh cannot make that date, then the meeting will be February 12, 2020 at 5:30pm.

 

Adjourn

Keith Korbein made a motion, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.  Motion carried 5-0.
