Present: Commission Chair Shannon Armel, Commissioners: Keith Korbein, Tamaya Loewe, Gervase Thompson, Mick McCormick, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:  Zoning Administrator Dick Martin

Guests:  Chris Renner, Pat Pavloski, Mark Loewe

Call to Order

The Planning Commission public hearing was called to order by Chairperson Shannon Armel at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:30pm.  The purpose of this meeting was to hear public comments on the petition to Re-zone property for inclusion into the Sand Point Lake Planned Unit Development in the Town of Germantown, Juneau County, WI.

Discussed water and flooding. 

There is a difference in the water table height from one end of the development to the other.

Only one round culvert would be needed under the road. 

No other comments were made.

The public hearing was closed at 5:35pm
