Present: Chair Shannon Vogele, Members Paul Szymaszek, Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Dave Specht, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel

Absent: None

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:30 p.m.

Possible Approval of the December 12, 2018 meeting minutes

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein to approve the minutes from the December 12, 2018 Plan Commission meeting. Motion carried, 5-0.

Review and possible approval of recommending to the board the Preliminary and Final Plat of 5th Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Paul Szymaszek to recommend to the board to approve the Preliminary and Final Plat of the 5^th Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point. Motion carried, 5-0.

Zoning Ordinance

Chairman Vogele is still waiting for return phone calls from the two companies contacted to help the town with re-doing the zoning ordinance. Tabled until next meeting.

Commission Member Comments

Ken Jax asked Brad Pavloski about the yearly requirement to report on the status of all the PUD’s they are working on. Brad said that he will prepare a report for the next meeting.
