Possible Approval of June 8, 2016 minutes
A motion was made by George Vukich, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the minutes from June 8, 2016 Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried, 6-0.

Discussion and Possible approval of moving forward with a public hearing on Summer Hideaway
Roger Bean asked Dick Martin if he has gone through the new packets provided by Summer Hideaway. Dick said it was very thorough. Roger asks the members of the Planning Commission if they have any other questions about anything related to it. There were none.

A motion was made by Shannon Vogele, seconded by Ken Jax, to go forward with the public hearing for Summer Hideaway. Motion carried, 6-0.

Because of noticing requirements, the earliest we could have the public hearing would be August 3, 2016. The public hearing will be at 5:30 that day, with the regular Planning Commission meeting to be held immediately afterward.

Member Comments
There was discussion on Sand Point PUD. Walking paths were mentioned by Ken Jax that there is nothing actually in agreement at this time. Roger asks if there is enough room on 38th to add a walking path and Zoning Administrator Dick Martin says yes, there is. On G is another story.

Shannon mentioned attachment B. Roger says we need to get that to the register of deeds to be part of the official record. They recalled that Chris Renner has agreed to take care of the survey. Ken says that maybe Pavloski’s could kick into the cost of the straightening of 37th Street.

Next Meeting Date
The next meeting will be Wednesday, August 3, immediately following the Public Hearing which is at 5:30 p.m.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Shannon Vogele, to adjourn at 5:47 p.m. Motion carried 6-0.

Respectfully submitted,
Linda Salzwedel, Administrative Assistant
