Present:   Commission Chair Shannon Armel, Commissioners Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Mick McCormick,  Gervase Thompson,  Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:                Zoning Administrator Dick Martin  

Call to Order

The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at the Germantown Town Hall at 9:00 a.m.

Pledge

Possible approval of meeting minutes

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to approve the minutes from the June 3, 2020 meeting.  Motion carried 5-0.

Work session on zoning ordinance updates

Continued work on Zoning Ordinance changes, including in Sections 1, 2, and the land use ordinance.

Discussion on signs and sign ordinance

Nothing discussed.

Discussion on camping and camping ordinance

Nothing discussed.

The next Planning Commission meeting will be determined.

Adjourn

Keith Korbein made a motion, seconded by Ken Jax, to adjourn at 12:20pm.  Motion carried 5-0.
