Present:   Commission Chair Shannon Armel, Commissioners Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, Mick McCormick,  Gervase Thompson,  Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent:                Zoning Administrator Dick Martin  

Call to Order

The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at the Germantown Town Hall at 5:30 a.m.

Pledge

Possible approval of meeting minutes

Minutes will be presented at next meeting.

Work session on zoning ordinance updates

Continued work on Zoning Ordinance changes, including in Sections 11 and 5. 

Discussion on signs and sign ordinance

Nothing discussed.

Discussion on camping and camping ordinance

Nothing discussed.

The next Planning Commission meeting will be July 20, 2020.

Adjourn

Ken Jax made a motion, seconded by Gervase Thompson, to adjourn at 8:30pm.  Motion carried 5-0.
