Present:               Chairman Dale Simonson, Members Paul Szymaszek, Larry Zimmerman, Shannon Vogele, Keith Korbein, Bill Bruce, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin, Clerk/Treasurer Susan Ganther

Absent:               George Vukich, Roger Bean

Meeting was called to order a 5:30 p.m. in the Town of Germantown.

A motion was made by Bill Bruce, seconded by Shannon Vogele to approve the minutes from the May 21, 2014 meeting. Motion carried.

A decision was made to recommend to the Town Board that Ordinance 1 Regulating the Speed of Motor Boats in the Town of Germantown be repealed.

There was discussion regarding Ordinances 2, 2A, 3 and 4. Changes were suggested and will be reviewed at the next meeting.

Susan Ganther will request information from other municipalities regarding the cost of Liquor and Operator’s licenses.

The next meeting will be held on July 9 at 5:30 p.m.

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Bill Bruce to adjourn at 6:05 p.m. Motion carried.
