Changes to the Zoning Ordinance

There was conversation about the request from a company to install a cell phone tower in Germantown, behind the Public Works building. It was decided that the Zoning Ordinance needs to be updated to reflect information about cell towers. More information will be gathered by Linda and sent to the Commission members.

The Commission members will look over section 3.08 in the Zoning Ordinance, and the check lists started last year, and come back to the meeting next month with ideas for more changes.

Adjourn A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein, to adjourn at 6:14 p.m. Motion carried, 5-0.

Respectfully submitted,

Linda Salzwedel, Administrative Assistant
