Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown and the Planning Commission of the Town of Germantown will conduct a public hearing for public input on the addition of three adjoining parcels and the additional lots to Island Lake Planned Unit Development #19.

Applicant:  Island Lake at Copper Point, LLC

Legal Description:  Section 7, Township  17 North Range 4 East, in the Town of Germantown, Juneau County, Wisconsin.
