Present: Commission Chair Shannon Vogele, Commissioners Keith Korbein, Ken Jax, David Specht -arrived late, Assistant Clerk/Treasurer Michaele Korbein

Absent: Commissioner Paul Szymaszek, Zoning Administrator Dick Martin

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at the town hall at 5:30 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance

Meeting Minutes

A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Ken Jax to approve the meeting minutes from January 9, 2019. Motion carried 3-0.

Discussion on amending the Zoning Ordinance

Information from two companies was presented and discussion followed on which could work best for what the commission had in mind in amending the zoning ordinance. This will be placed on next month’s planning commission meeting agenda to vote on.

Status update from Pavloski Development on PUDs Prior to the meeting, Brad Pavloski asked to wait until next month to address this, so this will be placed on next month’s agenda.

April 10, 2019, 5:30 p.m.

Adjourn

A motion was made by Ken Jax, seconded by Keith Korbein to adjourn at 5:16 p.m. Motion carried 4-0.
