Present: Chairman Shannon Vogele, Gregg Haunroth, Dale Simonson, Ken Jax, Keith Korbein, Paul Szymaszek, Administrative Assistant Linda Salzwedel, Zoning Director Dick Martin
Absent: George Vukich
Also Present: Brad Pavloski, Pat Pavloski, Chris Renner

The meeting was called to order at the town hall in the Town of Germantown at 5:30 p.m.

Possible Approval of November 14, 2016 minutes
A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Dale Simonson, to approve the minutes from November 14, 2016 Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried, 6-0.

Discussion and possible approval of the Preliminary and Final plat of First Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point
Brad Pavloski said that there will be not changes from the original – just starting up the 2^nd phase.

A motion was made by Gregg Haunroth, seconded by Paul Szymaszek, to recommend to the board to approve the Preliminary and Final plat of First Addition to Island Lake at Copper Point. Motion carried, 6-0.

Adjourn
A motion was made by Keith Korbein, seconded by Dale Simonson, to adjourn at 5:35 p.m. Motion carried 6-0.
